1. Overview

System Digital Studio respects intellectual property rights and expects customers, visitors, vendors, affiliates, partners, and third parties to do the same.

This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy explains how System Digital Studio protects its brand, website, digital products, downloads, templates, graphics, product pages, copy, store assets, and other intellectual property. It also explains how copyright owners may contact us if they believe material on or through our website infringes their rights.

System Digital Studio sells digital products, PLR products, MRR products, templates, downloadable files, business resources, editable files, digital bundles, and online resources. Because these products are digital and can be copied easily, strict intellectual property and license rules apply.

2. Ownership of System Digital Studio Materials

Unless clearly stated otherwise, System Digital Studio owns, controls, or lawfully licenses the materials made available through the website, including but not limited to:

  • Website content;

  • Product pages;

  • Product descriptions;

  • Sales copy;

  • Templates;

  • Logos, names, and brand identifiers;

  • Any other materials provided through System Digital Studio.

All rights not clearly granted are reserved by System Digital Studio and/or the applicable rights owner.

3. Purchase Does Not Transfer Ownership

Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or receiving a product from System Digital Studio does not transfer ownership of System Digital Studio’s intellectual property.

A purchase does not give you ownership of:

  • The System Digital Studio brand;

  • The System Digital Studio name;

  • The System Digital Studio logo;

  • The website design;

  • The store layout;

  • Original product packaging;

  • Product mockups;

  • Product page copy;

  • Sales copy;

  • Marketing graphics;

  • Protected files;

  • Download systems;

  • Store assets;

  • License documents;

  • Any other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by System Digital Studio.

Customers receive only the rights clearly stated on the product page, checkout page, included license document, or written product terms.

4. License Rights

Each product may include different license rights. Some products may be for personal use only. Some may include commercial use rights. Some may include PLR, MRR, resale, editable, or redistribution rights only when clearly stated.

You are responsible for reading the applicable license before purchasing, downloading, editing, reselling, sharing, or using any product.

If a product page or license document does not clearly grant a specific right, that right is not granted.

Unless specifically allowed by the product license, you may not:

  • Resell the product;

  • Give the product away for free;

  • Upload the product to file-sharing websites;

  • Share the product with non-buyers;

  • Share download links publicly;

  • Add the product to a membership site;

  • Sell the product on a marketplace;

  • Bundle the product with other products;

  • Transfer the product to another person;

  • Claim the original product as your own creation;

  • Sell, sublicense, or transfer the original source files;

  • Use System Digital Studio branding as your own;

  • Create a substantially similar competing product using protected System Digital Studio materials.

5. PLR, MRR, Commercial Use, and Resale Rights

PLR, MRR, commercial use, and resale rights apply only when clearly stated on the product page or in the included license document.

The fact that one product includes PLR, MRR, commercial use, or resale rights does not mean those rights apply to any other product.

Unless clearly stated, PLR, MRR, commercial use, or resale rights do not include the right to:

  • Use the System Digital Studio brand name;

  • Use the System Digital Studio logo;

  • Copy System Digital Studio’s website design;

  • Copy System Digital Studio’s sales pages;

  • Copy System Digital Studio’s product descriptions;

  • Copy System Digital Studio’s product mockups;

  • Copy System Digital Studio’s product packaging;

  • Suggest endorsement by System Digital Studio;

  • Suggest partnership with System Digital Studio;

  • Register System Digital Studio materials as your own copyright, trademark, or proprietary asset;

  • Upload System Digital Studio products to public file-sharing platforms;

  • Sell or distribute products in violation of the included license.

Any resale or redistribution rights are limited to the exact rights granted in the applicable license.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not copy, share, leak, upload, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, clone, resell, sublicense, publish, transmit, or exploit System Digital Studio content or product files except as expressly permitted by the applicable license.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Sharing paid product files with non-customers;

  • Uploading purchased files to public websites;

  • Uploading files to free download sites;

  • Posting files in social media groups;

  • Sharing files through messaging apps or cloud folders;

  • Selling files without resale rights;

  • Reselling files in violation of license terms;

  • Copying product pages, graphics, previews, mockups, packaging, or sales copy;

  • Scraping the website or product listings;

  • Cloning the store design, product structure, or website layout;

  • Using bots, crawlers, automated tools, or bulk extraction methods without permission;

  • Removing copyright notices, license notices, watermarks, metadata, or attribution notices;

  • Circumventing access controls, download limits, license rules, or security measures;

  • Using System Digital Studio products for unlawful, deceptive, misleading, infringing, or abusive purposes;

  • Using any product in a way that violates third-party rights.

7. Brand Identity and No Endorsement

You may not use the System Digital Studio name, logo, brand identity, product packaging, website design, store assets, or related materials in a way that suggests:

  • You own System Digital Studio;

  • You created System Digital Studio’s original materials;

  • You are endorsed by System Digital Studio;

  • You are partnered with System Digital Studio;

  • You are affiliated with System Digital Studio;

  • You are an authorized representative of System Digital Studio;

  • Your business, website, products, or services are operated by System Digital Studio.

You may not use confusingly similar names, logos, domains, product packaging, product previews, graphics, or branding that could mislead customers into believing your business is connected to System Digital Studio.

8. Website Content, Product Pages, and Store Assets

System Digital Studio’s website content, product pages, product descriptions, headlines, sales copy, marketing language, graphics, product previews, mockups, packaging, store layout, and promotional materials are protected materials.

Customers may not copy or reuse System Digital Studio’s website text, sales pages, product descriptions, product mockups, product preview images, store design, checkout copy, promotional graphics, or marketing materials unless System Digital Studio gives written permission.

Even when a product includes PLR, MRR, commercial use, or resale rights, those rights apply only to the product materials covered by the license. They do not automatically apply to System Digital Studio’s website, store branding, product pages, sales assets, or original packaging.

9. Download Access and License Enforcement

System Digital Studio may use reasonable methods to protect its products and intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • Order records;

  • Customer account records;

  • Download records;

  • Delivery records;

  • Access restrictions;

  • License records;

  • File tracking;

  • Watermarks;

  • Metadata;

  • Security tools;

  • Platform reporting tools;

  • Payment processor records.

If System Digital Studio believes that a customer has violated this policy, violated a product license, abused digital downloads, shared files unlawfully, or used materials in an infringing way, System Digital Studio may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • Disabling download access;

  • Suspending access to purchased files;

  • Terminating license rights;

  • Restricting customer accounts;

  • Refusing future purchases;

  • Canceling pending access;

  • Sending takedown requests;

  • Reporting abuse to Shopify, payment processors, hosting providers, platforms, marketplaces, search engines, and social media networks;

  • Contacting website owners, platform operators, or service providers hosting infringing material;

  • Seeking removal of infringing content;

  • Pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.

Termination, suspension, or restriction of access does not limit any other rights or remedies available to System Digital Studio.

10. Third-Party Intellectual Property

System Digital Studio may reference, integrate with, or mention third-party tools, platforms, software, brands, trademarks, or services.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, product names, platform names, and service marks belong to their respective owners. Use of third-party names does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless clearly stated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of any System Digital Studio product complies with all applicable third-party terms, platform rules, software licenses, marketplace rules, and intellectual property rights.

11. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use, edit, publish, resell, distribute, display, or promote any product purchased from System Digital Studio.

You agree not to use System Digital Studio products in a way that:

  • Violates copyright law;

  • Violates trademark law;

  • Violates privacy rights;

  • Violates publicity rights;

  • Violates license restrictions;

  • Violates platform or marketplace terms;

  • Misleads customers;

  • Infringes third-party rights;

  • Creates confusion about ownership, endorsement, or affiliation;

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations.

If you are unsure whether a specific use is allowed, contact us before using the product in that way.

12. Copyright or Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe that material appearing on or through System Digital Studio infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written complaint to us.

Your complaint should include:

  1. Your full legal name or the full legal name of the rights owner you represent;

  2. Your mailing address, email address, and phone number;

  3. A description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or intellectual property you claim has been infringed;

  4. The URL, product page, file name, screenshot, or specific location of the material you claim is infringing;

  5. A clear explanation of why you believe the material is infringing;

  6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;

  7. A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner;

  8. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete complaints may delay review or prevent us from taking action.

13. Review of Complaints

After receiving a complaint, System Digital Studio may review the complaint and take appropriate action in its discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material;

  • Contacting the person, vendor, supplier, or customer connected to the material;

  • Requesting more information;

  • Forwarding relevant complaint details to the affected party;

  • Refusing a complaint that is incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, unclear, or unsupported;

  • Restoring material where appropriate;

  • Taking no action where the complaint does not appear valid;

  • Seeking legal advice.

System Digital Studio may share the complaint, including your contact information and statements, with the person or entity responsible for the allegedly infringing material, service providers, legal advisors, platform providers, or others where reasonably necessary.

14. Response to Removed or Disabled Material

If material was removed or disabled because of an intellectual property complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken, unauthorized, or based on misidentification, you may submit a written response.

Your response should include:

  1. Your full legal name;

  2. Your mailing address, email address, and phone number;

  3. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled;

  4. The location where the material appeared before removal or disablement;

  5. A clear explanation of why you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;

  6. A statement that the information in your response is accurate;

  7. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that you had the right to use the material;

  8. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a response, System Digital Studio may review the matter, contact the original complainant, request more information, restore the material where appropriate, continue restricting the material, or take other appropriate action.

15. False, Misleading, or Abusive Claims

Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith intellectual property complaints or responses.

By submitting a complaint or response, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it.

False claims, false responses, misrepresentations, or abusive submissions may result in legal consequences, liability for damages, account restrictions, loss of access, refusal of service, or other appropriate action.

16. Repeat Infringer Policy

System Digital Studio reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users, customers, vendors, contributors, or account holders who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly violate this policy.

A repeat infringer may include any person or entity who:

  • Submits infringing content;

  • Uploads infringing material;

  • Shares System Digital Studio files without permission;

  • Resells products without proper rights;

  • Violates product license terms multiple times;

  • Uses System Digital Studio branding without permission;

  • Receives multiple valid infringement complaints;

  • Attempts to evade previous restrictions or enforcement actions.

System Digital Studio may also refuse future service, disable downloads, terminate license rights, or report repeat infringers to relevant platforms, service providers, payment processors, or legal authorities where appropriate.

17. Enforcement of System Digital Studio Rights

System Digital Studio reserves the right to protect its intellectual property.

If System Digital Studio discovers unauthorized copying, leaking, sharing, uploading, reselling, redistribution, scraping, cloning, reproduction, or misuse of its website content, product files, downloads, copy, graphics, templates, packaging, product pages, store assets, branding, or intellectual property, System Digital Studio may take action.

This may include but is not limited to:

  • Sending cease-and-desist communications;

  • Sending takedown requests;

  • Reporting infringing listings to marketplaces;

  • Reporting abuse to Shopify;

  • Reporting abuse to payment processors;

  • Reporting abuse to hosting providers;

  • Reporting abuse to search engines;

  • Reporting abuse to social media platforms;

  • Disabling customer access;

  • Terminating license rights;

  • Restricting customer accounts;

  • Refusing future purchases;

  • Seeking damages, injunctive relief, legal fees, costs, and other remedies where permitted by law.

System Digital Studio’s failure to enforce any right immediately does not waive its right to enforce that right later.

18. No Waiver of Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any intellectual property rights, contractual rights, legal rights, equitable rights, or remedies available to System Digital Studio, its owners, licensors, vendors, partners, suppliers, or third-party rights holders.

All rights not expressly granted in writing are reserved.

19. Changes to This Policy

System Digital Studio may update this Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, licensing practices, legal obligations, platform requirements, or enforcement procedures.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or products after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
