This Shipping Policy / Digital Delivery Policy explains how products purchased from System Digital Studio are delivered to customers.

1. Digital Product Store

System Digital Studio primarily sells digital products only, including but not limited to PLR products, MRR products, templates, downloadable files, editable files, online resources, digital bundles, business resources, guides, documents, and other digital materials.

No physical goods are shipped unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise.

2. No Physical Shipping for Digital Products

Because our products are digital, no physical shipping is provided for digital products.

Digital products are delivered electronically. Customers do not receive printed items, physical packages, USB drives, CDs, DVDs, or other physical materials unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

  • Help correct an email delivery issue

  • Provide reasonable technical instructions

Support is intended to help customers access products they have lawfully purchased. 9. Causes of Delivery Delay Outside Our Control

System Digital Studio is not responsible for delivery delays, access issues, or failed downloads caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customer inbox problems

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with verified access issues, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms, cloud services, email systems, payment processors, customer devices, or customer internet services.

10. Download Links, Access Limits, and Expiration

Download links and access links may be limited, expire, be updated, be replaced, or be disabled.

Some products may have download limits, time limits, account-based access, license restrictions, or security controls. These controls may vary by product and delivery method.

System Digital Studio may disable, restrict, or revoke access if we detect or reasonably suspect:

Unauthorized sharing may result in access removal, order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of future service, and any other remedy available under our Terms of Service or applicable law.

12. Digital Delivery and Refunds

Digital delivery does not create an automatic right to a refund after access has been provided.

Because digital products are intangible and may be accessed, downloaded, copied, used, or consumed immediately after delivery, refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

A product purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, lifetime hosting, lifetime file storage, or permanent access unless the specific product page clearly states otherwise.
