Do not assume a product includes PLR, MRR, resale, commercial-use, or white-label rights unless those rights are expressly stated.

If a product includes PLR, MRR, resell rights, or white-label rights, your rights are limited to the exact permissions and restrictions stated in the product-specific license.

10.3 License Restrictions

Unless the specific product license clearly allows it, you may not:

  1. Share, leak, upload, or distribute purchased files publicly;

  2. Resell, give away, sublicense, or transfer purchased files;

  3. Upload products to free download sites, file-sharing sites, torrent sites, marketplaces, groups, forums, communities, or social media platforms;

  4. Sell the product as-is where modification is required by the license;

  5. Claim that you created System Digital Studio’s original branded materials;

  6. Copy or imitate System Digital Studio’s store branding, website layout, product packaging, product thumbnails, graphics, sales copy, or protected materials;

  7. Remove copyright notices, license notices, watermarks, attribution requirements, or usage restrictions;

  8. Use products in a misleading, deceptive, illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful way;

  9. Use our products to violate platform rules, advertising rules, consumer protection laws, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, or applicable regulations;

  10. Use our website, store assets, product pages, product descriptions, graphics, copy, or original materials for scraping, data extraction, cloning, competing store creation, or AI training without written permission.

10.4 One Purchase, One Customer

Unless a product license clearly states otherwise, each purchase is for one individual customer or one business entity.

You may not purchase once and distribute the product to multiple unrelated users, clients, businesses, groups, members, subscribers, or buyers unless the license expressly permits that use.

10.5 Customer Responsibility for End Use

You are fully responsible for how you use, edit, customize, market, resell, publish, distribute, or rely on any product purchased from System Digital Studio.

This includes responsibility for:

  1. Editing templates for your own needs;

  2. Reviewing legal, tax, financial, business, advertising, and platform compliance issues;

  3. Ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights;

  5. Ensuring your resale or redistribution complies with the applicable product license;

  6. Ensuring compatibility with your own software, platforms, marketplace rules, payment processors, and business systems.

We are not responsible for your misuse, resale activity, marketing claims, customer disputes, platform violations, account suspensions, advertising disapprovals, legal violations, or business results.

11. Intellectual Property

System Digital Studio and/or its licensors own or control rights in the website, store design, branding, product packaging, graphics, logos, text, copy, product descriptions, images, downloadable materials, digital products, templates, layouts, source materials, and other protected content, except where otherwise stated.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.

We will not be liable for delay, failure, interruption, or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  4. Hosting failures;

  5. Shopify outages;

  6. Payment processor outages;
